Global Visionaries is a youth-led organization that challenges and transforms young people into socially and environmentally conscious global leaders. Through Global Visionaries' unique three part learn-participate-lead approach, its participants are empowered to maximize their potential. Global Visionaries youth enter as learners, and leave as leaders.

First Year Leadership Program:125 students participated in GV's First Year Program, which involves local service projects, leadership training and a 15-day cultural immersion and work experience in Guatemala. 50% from low-income families and 50% from middle and upper income families.
