AS THEY ARE READY, THEY ARE GIVEN OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING AND PRACTICE IN VARIOUS TRADE SKILLS IN ORDER TO PREPARE THEM TO BE CONNECTED WITH TRADESMEN AND BUSINESS OWNERS FOR SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT.
