The organization operates ten Federally Qualified Health Centers located in four parishes and serves over 21,135 patients in under-served, rural communities. The clinics provided 115,111 visits to these patients. Services offered to patients include primary care, behavioral health, general dentistry, nutrition, outreach and enrollment, and coordinated care through a team of Quality Support specialists. In addition, the organization manages behavioral health programs in East Baton Rouge Parish, Livingston Parish, Tangipahoa Parish and West Baton Rouge Parish area schools. Primary Care Providers for a Healthy Feliciana, Inc. employees 269 professionals ranging from Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Dentists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Nutritionist, and a host of support and administrative staff.
