About

The center exists as a community resource for individuals needing to relinquish their cat or dog, a place to take stray animals and a resource for adoptable companion animals. We provide a healthy, temporary home where physical and emotional animal needs are met. All animals are vaccinated and both medically and behaviorally assessed. Stray intakes, owner surrenders, or transfer-ins during this fiscal year: 191 cats and 254 dogs. Strays surrendered to the center and returned to their owners: 10 cats and 19 dogs. Adoptions during the fiscal year: 177 cats and 228 dogs.
