Mission
The specific and primary purpose of this Corporation is to promote, advance and encourage firearm and hunting safety, to educate individuals with respect to firearms, firearms history, hunting, safety, and marksmanship and to support the activities of the California Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. (CRPA) but only to the extent that such activities are in furtherance of charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code under section 501(c)(3).
About
The foundation supported the legal defense of the second amendment and civil rights issues regarding the second amendment. These funds were used to help defray the legal costs in major court cases.
