As disciples of Christ Jesus, members of St. John Church in San Marcos celebrate our faith in community prayer and evangelization. Our purpose is to serve within gospel principles with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are obedient to the call given us by Jesus to be faithful administrators of the gifts we have received so that we might use them in the service of those around us.

St. John Catholic Church in San Marcos is a community of faithful Christians who generously share their time, talent and treasure in service to God. It is a multi-cultural, multi-lingual and multi-generational community that gathers to worship, celebrate, educate and evangelize. We serve over 1,800 families and we are growing every day. This San Marcos Church has been serving the community since 1883, but the Universal Catholic Church has been serving the world since 33 A.D.
