Head Start and Early Head Start programs promotes school readiness for children birth to age 5 by providing a comprehensive program that addresses their cognitive, nutritional, health, social and emotional needs. South Texas Teen Leadership program works to reduce the rate of teen births along with the associated behavioral risks by providing positive youth development, abstinence and contraception education. Clients Served- 2,178
