About
The organization provides medical services to patients. In 2018, La Fe's community health centers had 44,910 medical encounters. Improvements to access to primary care were accomplished this project period through strategic services and expansions. This process allowed La Fe to convert itself into a front-line community asset and medical home for the many families that have become victims of our challenging national economy.
