BSS+ ensures that clients have access to basic necessities - starting with housing - and extending to food, clothing, physical/mental health care, and other supportive services. The program provides comprehensive case management and basic needs services (rent, mortgage, utility assistance and housing supports) for households experiencing homelessness (rapid rehousing) and housed clients who are experiencing a housing crisis (homelessness prevention).
