The Counseling and Education Center provides professional affordable counseling services to individuals and families most of whom are either uninsured or under-insured. CEC has no eligibility requirements and also can serve clients with Medicaid. The Counseling and Education Center uses on-going assessments and numerous systems of measurement to assure effective treatment of each client.
