Post adoption services-designed to keep adoptive families intact, our post adoption program focuses on building a strong foundation for families residing in 188 counties in Texas who have adopted children that have been in the state's foster care system. Free services include workshops, case management, home visits, respite care, therapeutic summer camp, residential treatment, parent education training, support groups, 24 hours crisis care and counseling.
