About
The SFASU Foundation, Inc. was established on the premise that excellence is determined by the active involvement of knowledgeable individuals interested in the future of Stephen F. Austin State University. Specifically, it solicits, receives, holds, invests and expends private funds exclusively for the benefit of the university.
Throughout its history, the SFASU Foundation, Inc. has dedicated its resources to assist the University in maintaining a strong leadership position in higher education within deep East Texas and the state. Voluntary gifts to the Foundation enrich not only the University, but also the city and region through the funding of programs and projects which would otherwise be unavailable when allocating scarce public resources.
