PROJECT HOPE IS A TRANSITIONAL SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM, THAT PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL STABILITY AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOMELESS CLIENTS TO ACCESS SUPPORTIVE SERVICES WHILE OVERCOMING HOMELESSNESS. CLIENT OUTCOMES ARE MEASURED THROUGH MILESTONES WITHIN THREEE MAIN PROGRAM GOALS AND SUCCESS IS DEPENDENT ON INDIVIDUAL SERVICE PLANS AND CLIENT DEFINED GOALS OF PERSONAL EXCELLENCE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR 18 FAMILIES, INCLUDING 18 ADULTS AND 49 CHILDREN, DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR.
