Mission
Come before Winter, Inc. provides retreats/renewals for ministers of the Christian faith currently active in ministry. These renewals are designed for encouragement and strengthening of ministers and missionaries who are adapting to different cultures and the struggles which accompany such changes. The organization generally provides two or more of these renewals annually. The renewals involve a team of teachers, encouragers and counselors to assist in the ministry. The organization pays all expenses of the participant ministers at the renewals.

Come before Winter, Inc. provides events designed to aid, equip, and renew men and women in Christian ministry around the world. These events are designed to encourage and strengthen ministers currently serving in ministry both inside and outside of the United States. Events are four to five days duration. Four international events were hosted in 2018.
