College & Career programming: Project GRAD reached individuals and families from low-income communities with relevant information and programming to guide their college and career planning and ultimate success. GRAD advising staff are accessed through school-based collaborations and through open access, community-based delivery of services, the GRADCAFE model. Programming includes college access and enrollment support, financial aid applications, career investigations, and enrollment in GRAD's more positive college and career programming.
