NHCC continues to provide two divisions of counseling services: services to the students and employees of Alaska Christian College and services to the communities of the Kenai Peninsula. ACC Community - NHCC provides a significantly reduced contracted rate (69-74%) with ACC of $40/individual sessions and $60/intake sessions. NHCC provided 654 encounters for FY19 to the ACC community. Community Division - NHCC provided 2419 encounters to community clients. Those paying out of pocket, are provided a 25% administrative discount and those utilizing an Employee Assistance Program benefit receive free services through their employer and NHCC negotiates a 22% discount. NHCC contracts with 9 EAP companies and 11 insurance companies. A total of 3073 encounters were provided by NHCC.
