Meals on Wheels of the Salinas Valley believes no senior should go hungry, so we deliver meals to the homes of seniors 60+ who cannot shop or cook for themselves. Our nutritious meals, delivered throughout the Salinas Valley by caring volunteers, improve the health and well-being of seniors who are homebound and help them remain in their homes and maintain their independence.
