DRAIL is a non-profit, community-based, consumer-controlled, consumer-choice, cross-disability center for independent living serving the California counties of Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, & Tuolumne. DRAIL is dedicated to working towards the objectives of the disability rights and independent living movement through the provision of comprehensive services designed to empower and improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
