About

To foster and strengthen the civic participation, economic, social and cultural development, as well as the resistance of the indigenous communities.Education: Educate parents of children ages 0-5 in the county of Monterey and Fresno, California on how to help their children at this age so that they can become more involved once they reach school age. Workshops are done to show parents what it is that they need to know in order to develop the skills of their children. This project is also focused on the parent in which they identify an issue of which is of great importance for the children at this age and how they can better the communication with that agency to achieve greater resources for them. Education on the immigration laws associated with the Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals has been put in this area of focus where we educate individuals if they qualify for this program or not. We have also included the grant we have for naturalization workshops in which we have pre-screened or provided clients information regarding the rules and process for them to become citizens of the United States.
