Ekal Vidyalay is a unique movement to bring education to the doorstep of villages in India where children are offered free five years of elementary education under the program. Mission is to setup 100,000 such one teacher schools. During 2018 total 17037 schools were sponsored educating 459,999 students. The program also imparts primary healthcare, development and empowerment education
