Kinber experienced an increase in both new customer connections and upgraded, or additional services, ranging from increasing their speed from 1gbps to 100 gbps, to adding internet2 connectivity, or adding Kinber's managed router or ddos services and 401 n. broad co-location service. In 2018-2019 Kinber established additional peering relationships, including Cloudfare and Philadelphia internet exchange. In 2019 Kinber launched esports direct connect peering service and began piloting services. 2018-2019 Kinber added a 100ge wave between 401 n. broad in Philadelphia and Allegheny center mall in Pittsburgh to provide resiliency and redundancy to the Kinber network. In 2018 Kinber also added a 1ge connection between Bradford and Mansfield to provide resiliency and redundancy to the northern spurs. Kinber continues to offer new services to optimize network performance and support cybersecurity.
