A hub for Native American businesses, NADC provides technical assistance, training and financial lending opportunities to support Native American small businesses and tribes in order to empower Native communities toward economic and social stability. Additionally, NADC has contracted with IHS to create a new Urban Indian Health and Wellness Center. BUIHWC is addressing health disparities observed within Native American communities by working with local health organizations and tribal governments to create programs that honor and teach traditional practices for conventional medicine. BUIHWC's mission is to equip Native Americans in Billings with the skills, experiences and community access which will empower members to take steps towards healing through every aspect of wellbeing.
