HEAL brings people together in an effort to eliminate health care inequities and disparities through advocacy, awareness, education, and leadership. To this end, HEAL implements programs that 1) support reform in becoming an ethnically, culturally, and social justice organization, 2) naming and addressing inequities, unintentional bias, and other social, economic, and environmental forces that create health inequities, 3) develop, implement and provide guidance on health equity training, practice, and policies, and 4) Invest in communities by linking the Formal Health System with the Informal Health System.

HEAL was able to deliver more than 6000 Basic Life Support (CPR) and First Aid to those who most vulnerable and marginalized( Community of Color, Immigrants, and Low Socioeconomic). Through our partnerships with Access, USA STEM, Whole Systems Learning, Wesley's Methodist Church, Words Alive, Learn4Life, Save A Life Foundation HEAL was able to provide much-needed services that have the potential to save 10x the people who went through our classes.
