Mission

To empower youth to make conscious, philanthropic, and world changing decisions through education about world issues and the charities that strive to fix them.

About

The Deedly Program will unfold over a one month curriculum, with each week of the month dedicated to a different category. The four categories are: Animal Rights, Environment, Health and Wellness, and Education. Each day, students will view a video segment outlining a world issue affecting that weeks category and after finishing the daily lesson students will be asked to take a quiz on the topic. After the quiz is passed, the student will earn Deedly Dollars that they will donate to the charities of their choice. Sponsors may pay for a week's charity segment (the "1 Charity Curriculum") or the full 4 weeks of the program (the "4 Charity Curriculum") as follows: In the 1 Charity Curriculum, the donors agree to give a total of $6,000 to benefit one charity. One major goal will be set up for the class and all the students will work together to get the total amount of money donated to achieve the goal for the charity (i.e. build a school). In the 4 Charity Curriculum, the donors agree to give a total of $6,000 to benefit four different charities. Each week a charity from the category that is being studied (Animal Rights, Environment, Health and Wellness, and Education) receives a donation of $1,000. The remaining Deedly dollars are added to the Deed Dollars Fund. A portion of this fund is automatically distributed among the students after the daily quiz is passed, and they donate these Deedly Dollars to the charities of their choice.
