Outreach: The Citizens Utility Board of Minnesota's (CUB's) consumer outreach program educates consumers about their energy options and offers personalized guidance on how to lower bills, get clean energy, and address any issues consumers have with their home energy use or utility service. In 2018 the consumer outreach program helped more than 1,700 consumers from across Minnesota save money on their utility bills, reduce their carbon emissions, and became more energy efficient, through presentations, utility bill clinics, interactions at public events, and responses to consumer inquiries.
