WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ANIMATION STUDIO WHICH CREATES WORKS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE AND EMPOWER YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. ANGELINA BERNIER OF UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA'S PEDIATRIC DIVISION OF ENDOCRINOLOGY. THIS 29-MINUTE AND 37-SECOND SERIES FOLLOWS KARA, A YOUNG GIRL RECENTLY DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES (T1D), AS SHE EMBARKS ON A FANTASTICAL ADVENTURE LEARNING ABOUT THE AUTOIMMUNE DISORDER AND HOW TO MANAGE IT.
