Farm Table Foundation, Inc. seeks to grow local food culture by shifting people's experience and understanding of food so that soil, farms, and habitat are seen as the foundation of individual and community health.
About
Training and education: Farm Table Foundation operates an education and training program which provided paid employment training for 24 individuals in Amery, WI. The program provided all trainees with knowledge of locally grown and supplied food served at the commercial kitchen and food service facility/restaurant operated by the foundation. In 2018 the foundation and its trainees served (and educated at least half of) the facility's 24,000 guests who experienced the locally grown, prepared, and served meals which were a product of this education and training program.
