Mission
The foundation presents monthly educational dinner meetings and an annual golf tournament for the San Diego professional and student dental community. In addition, funds are used to provide free supplies and dental care to needy veterans and other underserved people.
About
The foundation held six continuing dental education and dinner meetings, with an average attendance of 45. In conjunction with Boston University alumni and a Panamanian Rotary Club, the foundation sponsored 1 dentist and 1 assistant in a remote area in Panama for eight days in February, 2019. Five hundred and twenty patients were treated, including 120 surgical cases. The foundation continues to work with University of San Diego pre-dental society and University of San Diego in funding four free medical and dental clinics serving the poor and underprivileged in San Diego.
