IN A COMPETITIVE TALENT MARKET, CHARTER SCHOOL LEADERS HAVE IDENTIFIED THIS AS A TOP PRIORITY. THE CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT, SUSTAINABILITY, AND GROWTH OF ITS PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS HEAVILY DEPENDENT ON A ROBUST PIPELINE OF INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERS.
