Mission

Indivisible Civics, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, was established educate and empower civic leaders at the community level across the country. We provide expertise and resources, build relationships and support greater coordination and strategic action, and cultivate effective local leadership so that groups can become powerful actors in their own communities.

About

Indivisible Civics' activities are focused on educating and building the capacity of grassroots activists with organizing support, trainings, and policy education in order to build long term progressive power everywhere. Strengthening the Indivisible movement: In 2018, Indivisible Civics launched an expanded training program, reaching thousands of participants on topics including effective organizing skills and tactics, racial justice and equity education, and leadership development. We also supported organizers across the country to build local groups skills and connectivity. Strategic policy guidance: Indivisible Civics provided policy guidance by creating resources to demystify Congress and state legislatures to make it easy for local groups and activists to build power on their home turf. Education into activism: In 2018, Indivisible worked with the hundreds of Indivisible groups in their turf to strategize on effective actions and weigh-in on state and federal policy priorities
