To help end over population and animal homelessness through low cost spay and neuter program and to ensure that all animals receive needed medical care.

Provided education, low cost spay/neuter services, programs to prevent overpopulation and animal homelessness. Encouraged healthy pet community and responsible animal ownership by providing affordable/low cost routine and emergency veterinary medical services and provided low cost end of life care for terminal and suffering animals. During 2019 we: spayed/neutered over 1,300 owned pets and 623 stray and feral animals; performed low cost surgical procedures such as growth removals, laceration repairs, dental procedures and foreign body removals on over 350 animals; vaccinated more than 2,020 animals for rabies in the community; implanted Microchips in over 260 pets; provided low cost hospitalization for more than 150 sick and injured pets; dewormed 1,182 animals for intestinal parasites; provided low cost heartworm diagnostic tests for more than 680 pets; performed 3,400 low cost emergency and wellness examinations; provided $11,987 in needed medical care to low income pet families for no charge; performed low cost end of life services on over 150 terminal or suffering animals.
