About this organization
Mission
We are a small group of like minded individuals, trying to rescue as many animals as possible from neglect, abuse and the illegal trade in China. We give our rescues medical care, before providing them with mental, social, and physical rehabilitation. Once we feel they are ready, we find them the loving and safe forever homes they deserve.
About
What started as a spontaneous rescue of a handful of dogs from a local slaughterhouse, has grown into something we never expected. With the help of countless volunteers, donators, veterinary professionals and an essential network of locals, we’re currently caring for over 1300 animals. As well as the black market meat trade, our animals come to us from situations of abuse, neglect and abandonment. With us they receive the medical care they require and the love they need until they can be rehomed. 8 years and 4000 animals later, we’re still rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming - learning and growing as we go. None of this would be possible without the mind-blowing support of our friends and followers and the incredible generosity and kindness of strangers.
