To unite the energy, interest and knowledge of the students, explorers and lovers of the mountain of Colorado; to collect and disseminate information regarding the Rocky Mountains in behalf of art, science, literature and recreation; to stimulate public interest in our mountain areas; to encourage the preservation of forests, flowers, fauna and natural scenery; to render readily accessible the alpine attractions of this region.

Registration FeesThe Colorado Mountain Club (CMC) offers various educational and cultural activities to youth and adults. Many recreational activities are offered to CMC members and the general public through CMC groups. The CMC Education Department offers courses that are designed for the general public, as well as for CMC members, in the four areas of CMC's mission: mountain recreation, art, science, and literature.
