Mission

St. Francis Nursing Center is a skilled nursing center dedicated to people requiring long-term care, committed to providing quality care in a Catholic-Christian environment.

About

Mount Saint Francis Nursing Center is a skilled nursing center of 108 beds. We provide care to those in the community who need 24 hour nursing care for chronic long term diseases, respite, and short term rehabilitation. Our residents are admitted from the greater Colorado Springs area as well as residents who come from out of state to be near family. We care for residents on medical assistance, Medicare, hospice and those who pay privately. Resident satisfaction is measured throughout the year. We complete personal interviews with our residents and families routinely internally so that concerns can be resolved promptly. We also contract with an external agency to interview all our residents and families. We continue to empower our residents in their neighborhood as a means to make decisions about their own community. They make decisions and choices in their daily lives in meal choices and outdoor cookouts as well as times they wish to get up and in to bed, how they want their environment to look and feel, what type of outside activities they wish to participate in, and how memorial services should be held when their friends at the nursing center pass away.
