About

The organization maintains a staffed office to provide resources, information and support to home educators including events, recordkeeping, graduation ceremonies, introductory seminars, and academic competitions. Also, the office publishes a tri-annual newsletter mailed to over 6,500 recipients providing information on current trends, techniques, and resources in home education. In addition, the organization hosts a day at the capital event to provide teaching on civil responsibility. There were more than 1,700 attendees at the annual day at the capital event. The organization also runs an independent school to provide a legal option to homeschooling. There were 1,800 families enrolled.
