THE FOUNDATION FOR WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP & EMPOWERMENT ("FWLE") ASSUMED THE ROLE OF OWNER AND PRODUCER OF THE PRE-EXISTING ANNUAL WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE ("WLC") PURSUANT TO A CHARITABLE DONATION FROM THE MGM RESORTS FOUNDATION EFFECTIVE AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2019.
