Community living - It is a major milestone in a person's life when they move into their own home, and Adelante helps ensure that level of independence continues to be an option for people with disabilities. Adelante's community living program currently offers a variety of residential programs to meet the needs of people with disabilities in community-based, integrated environments. Choices include supported living homes which provide 24/7 care, independent living support in people's own homes or apartments, and home-based living for people who live with family caregivers.
