Mission

WSC is designed to provide pharmacy residents and fellows an opportunity to make brief, formal presentations on their residency projects or ongoing research in a relaxed yet professional setting. This unique conference allows attendees to discuss clinical or administrative case experiences while engaging in open forum discussions and meeting leaders in the field of pharmacy practice. In addition to networking with colleagues, attendees are also encouraged to network with our industry exibitors, allowing them to broaden their relationships with those outside of the hospital setting. The residents of today are the leading practitioners and educators of tomorrow; the Western States Conference serves as an introduction to those roles.

About

Pharmacy residents and fellows present their clinical, administrative and technology related research during the four day annual conference. Speakers present topics in a formal lecture format. Additionally, each presentation includes time for question and answer sessions. Emphasis is placed on outcomes and recommendations for improving patient care programs.
