Tohono O'odham Community College vision statement: The Tohono O'odham Community College's (TOCC's) vision is to become the Tohono O'odham Nation's center for higher education, and to enhance the nation's participation in the local, state, national, and global communities. In order to move toward realization of that vision TOCC has adopted a strategic plan that centers around the following four goals: Tohono O'odham Community College's (TOCC) goals are: 1.
