Community health worker (CHW) training: In 2018 BAHEC trained 81 Baltimore City residents to work in nine hospitals under the Baltimore population health workforce collaborative. Over 80 percent of alumni are employed in the healthcare field and seventy-four percent in the hospitals that are part of the collaborative.
