To support, develop and expand children's advocacy centers in South Carolina. SCNCAC believes that all children in South Carolina should have access to children's advocacy center services if they need them.

Directly funded all NCA accredited CAC's and provided necessary infrastructure to support organizational capacity and direct services for CAC's. During 2018 the organization's 17 member CAC's helped 9,558 abused kids. In addition in 2018 the organization identified areas in South Carolina where children & families were facing barriers to accessing CAC services by completing a feasibility study and needs assessment of the CAC model. As a result of the study a CAC development plan was produced and work began on a statewide CAC database to better monitor CAC services in the state.
