Mission

Senegalou Nieup is a movement dedicated to the betterment of Senegal's most vulnerable. To that end, our main areas of focus are fighting hunger among school aged children and providing much needed medical supplies to Senegal's struggling hospitals.

About

Since its inception in 2020, Senegalou Nieup has served nearly 250,000 meals and counting to school aged children of various socioeconomic backgrounds in its effort to fight hunger, foster a learning environment, and promote local production and awareness of this particular superfood, millet. The Senegalou Nieup Movement was officially launched on May 22, 2020, with a distribution of 1000 masks in the city of Medina, Dakar, Senegal. Others are being prepared and will be brought to the public's attention in the coming weeks and months. Since then, a transition team has been working to set up the structures of the Movement.
