Our passion is to strengthen the emotional and spiritual health of local church leaders and missionaries. Too often, church leaders feel isolated and overburdened, and the challenges of ministry tend to compound over time. We connect leaders with one another, helping them build lifelong friendships, and we teach leaders how to handle the unique challenges ministry presents.
