Educate Americans about the health benefits of eating seafood: In an effort to educate Americans about the health benefits and break down barriers about seafood, the Seafood Nutrition Partnership (SNP) conducts education and outreach programs across the country. In 2019, education and awareness building of seafood's essential nutrients conducted through conferences, website, videos, and social media. Conferences included Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics' Food Nutrition Conference & Expo, American Society of Nutrition, Capitol Hill Ocean Week, Retail Dietitian Exchange, Seafood Expo North America, State of the Science Symposium, Sustainable Seafood Event NYC, Today's Dietitian.
