Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Our dream is that every girl who wants to be a Girl Scout has the opportunity to do so. Provide the Girl Scout leadership experience to girls in 20 counties of Central and Eastern Washington and 10 counties of Northern Idaho. Through the program, girls participate in experiential education which supports their academic learning. Specific activities include science, technology, engineering and math, financial literacy, outdoor education, civic participation, self esteem and anti-bullying programs. The Council serves over 3,400 girls with the support of over 1900 adult volunteers.
