Hospice Services - Providing compassionate care to individuals with a life-limiting illness. The Chaplaincy offers expert medical care and pain management through an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, nursing assistants, chaplains, bereavement specialists and volunteers. Our approach is to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the terminally ill patient and their family. Hospice care is provided in both an inpatient and out-patient basis.
