Work in the former Soviet Union: A gathering of young adults was held in Yerevan, Armenia in late October 2018 for about 100 young leaders from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Armenia. Doug Burleigh spoke at two regional gatherings in western Ukraine (Rovno and Zhitomir). Women from six countries participated in a multi-day biennial women's conference held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
