Housing development: CCHS provides development oversight from concept to lease up of both single family and multi-family housing units as well as preparation of future development sites. CCHS has developed more than 800 units of affordable rental housing serving extremely low- to low-income households in seven counties located in central Washington. CCHS serves a broad spectrum of housing needs from farm workers, senior/elderly, special needs, handicapped and individuals and families experiencing homelessness. These housing units are either owned directly or through our role as general partner/managing member of an lp/lllp/llc ownership structure. More than 3600 people are safely housed each night in our affordable housing developments.
