Family programs - 1. Family-to-family class - free 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, clinical depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and more. The course discusses the clinical treatment of these illnesses and teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively. 2. We offer five free monthly meetings of family members and caregivers of individuals with a mental illness where family members can talk frankly about their challenges and help one another through their learned wisdom. These groups meet in Sammamish, Bellevue, and Mercer Island.
