PROVIDING RECOGNITION AND INSPIRATION TO 4-H AND FFA MEMBERS FOR THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS WITHIN THEIR LIVESTOCK PROJECT AREAS AND TO PARENTS, LEADERS AND ADVISORS FOR THEIR ENCOURAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP OF THESE EXHIBITORS. TOWARD GREATER SUCCESS, AS THEY GO ON TO MEET LIFES CHALLENGES.3. PRESENTING THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THEIR ANIMALS APPRAISED BY THE MOST COMPETENT JUDGES AND TO EXPERIENCE VICTORY OR DEFEAT THUS PROMOTING A HEALTHY COMPETITIVE SPIRIT THAT WILL BENEFIT THEM IN FUTURE ENDEVORS IN MODERN SOCIETY.4. EXHIBITORS ARE IN THE JUNIOR CLASS IN HIGH SCHOOL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME AN AMBASSADOR OF THE JUNIOR SHOW. GAINING LEADERSHIP AND EXPERIENCE INPUBLIC SPEAKING TO PROMOTE THE SHOW. THOSE CHOSEN WILL RECEIVE SCHOLARSHIPS TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION.5. OPPORTUNITY IS PROVIDED TO EXHIBITORS TO BECOME ACQUAINTED WITH BUSINESS LEADERS AND THOSE WHO PURCHASE THEIR ANIMALS AND HELP FINANCE THE SHOW, THUS MAKING IMPORTANT CONTACTS THAT MAY BENEFIT THE EXHIBITOR IN THE FUTURE. THESE OBJECTIVES MAY BE ACHIEVED BY....RAISING, SHOWING AND MARKETING A LIVESTOCK PROJECT. PARTICIPATING IN LIVESTOCK AND MEATS JUDGING CONTESTS, PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTESTS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL DISPLAYS RELATING TO THE LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY.
